Hallaca - Tamal Venezolano

Our Hallacas are homemade and consist of a corn flour dough seasoned with broth and colored with annatto. They are filled with a delicious stew of beef, pork, and chicken.

For best preservation, keep them frozen. To heat, boil water and place the hallaca in the water for 20 minutes.
